Learning platform
Learning for Productivity, Quality, Sustainability, and Human Rights
This platform is a learning ecosystem, co-designed by Solidaridad Network and Starbucks, to strengthen the capabilities of coffee producers, technical teams, and coffee organizations.
Its purpose is to enhance productivity, coffee quality, and the adoption of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) through practical, multi-channel training tailored to field conditions.
The platform also promotes people’s well-being by providing training on human rights, the prevention of forced labor and child labor, and fair working conditions, in alignment with the C.A.F.E. Practices standards.
By integrating technical knowledge, digital tools, and field-based support, it contributes to a more responsible, sustainable, and people-centered coffee farming sector.
